What you will be offered: 

A competitive compensation package includes a salary starting at $48,000 to $58,000+, a bonus of up to 30% base salary, profit sharing, monthly housing and food costs and so much more.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

<ul><li>Live, work and positively contribute to your northern community in Canada </li><li>Meet execution of in-store selling activities and marketing programs </li><li>Develop a weekly schedule to meet the needs of the business, with flexibility to respond to the unique challenges of a remote and isolated location </li><li>Responsible for ordering products and managing inventory levels to ensure stock is adequately maintained and available for customers. </li><li>Motivate and provide staff training and tools to provide exceptional customer service </li><li>Actively participate in helping to support career progression for your team members </li><li>Problem-solve unique issues with the resources at hand and the best advice from fellow team members </li></ul>
